Vbac or another C-section?

So I am in a high risk clinic now, due to my hemorrhage each delivery, and post birth. My doctor has given me the option to go through with a Vbac, or to plan a C-section later in the pregnancy. Idk what to do!! I hemorrhaged horrible a month after my daughter, I'm talking like baseball clots literally pouring out of me like a faucet turned on... It was traumatic. Then I had to be put to sleep during my last delivery due to emergency C-section due to babies heart rate dropping... I nearly bled out during surgery.. also very scary to wake up and hear a nurse & doctor tell you how bad it was! I also live 1 hour 15 mins from the high risk hospital.. My question is, If you were in this position which would you choose?
