My heart is breaking...

So I went in finally for my first ultrasound at 10wks 5 days and found out there was twins. I was very excited since I am a twin myself.. But then the doc says that it looks like one of them passed away earlier in the pregnancy and if that wasn't heartbreaking enough she goes on to say she can't find a heartbeat on the other. I felt like my heart had stopped.. One of the hardest things I've had to go threw.. I go back in on Wednesday for more blood work and another ultrasound but its not looking very good. I'm so upset.
