Periods

Hi ladies so my period has been weird this time around. I usually get horrible cramps before so that’s how I know it’s coming but I have felt absolutely NOTHINGGG. not sure is it’s a good thing disguised as something bad. I also usually get the shits lol tmi and the chills and just overall feel too weak to do anything. I just find it odd. It’s been mostly brownish dark blood but enough to fill a pad. I had a miscarriage nov 14 but periods have always been painful all my life. Anyone know why not this cycle?
