Cramping...pregnancy or ovulation?

So 1 day after my period, my bf and I were messing around. There was no penetration or ejaculation but his penis did touch my clitoris and labia, I’m not sure if it touched the opening of my vagina or not. Anyways, I’m supposed to be ovulating on Friday. I feel like I’ve been having cramps for 5 days. I usually do have cramps around my ovulation time. Could this just be ovulation or is there a chance of pregnancy?
