Gas in almost 2nd trimester ?

Question

Any one get painful air gas in right side of stomach area ??? Dr nurse say normal but it hurts some days worse than others she told me take metamucil so i did 1 teaspoon only and did feel ok next morning for bit but still sore :( no discharge nothing and no discomfort when woke up just now it started up some afternoon and it has been this was 3 days now

Gas is an all pregnancy long thing for me.

I’ve had gas at least 1x a week or most since week 13 of pregnancy.
I’m at 23 weeks. A lot has to do with what I eat and gas getting trapped in an over stuffed stomach with no where to go now Bc if baby and bigger uterus.
Try having a food diary to help narrow down with what’s causing consistent gas. For me any onions garlic spicy night shade vegetables etc cause gas immediately for me.
I try and also drink tumeric ginger tea and take gas x to help
