Has anyone else also experienced something like this? Looking for encouragement or success stories....

I am about 4 weeks maybe 4w2-3D but I’m early. My dr thought that I was 5 weeks but when I went for an ultrasound they saw nothing - like literally nothing. So then my dr thought maybe I was just earlier along than I thought. I had hcg drawn and progesterone. And I’ve been taking progesterone supplements since after ovulation, along with baby aspirin. I’m considered high risk - had multiple miscarriages... Hints the super early ultrasound and the progesterone.

My hcg was 171 and progesterone was 11.6. My progesterone was “borderline” according to my dr so she now wants me taking progesterone twice a day. I haven’t had any spotting or bleeding or anything. But I’m so paranoid that I have an ectopic or blighted ovum since my progesterone is so low even with me taking 200mg once a day. I do have pcos so unsure if that’s part of it idk... but also the fact that there was literally nothing on the ultrasound freaks me out. Has anyone else had this happen or something similar??
