Acne on the pill?

I started taking the combination pill around 2 months ago and have noticed a huge increase in the amount of breakouts I've been getting, especially around my chin! I know the pill is supposed to improve your skin but it seems to have had the opposite effect on me!! Has anyone else had a similar problem? Might it just take another few months for my body to adjust to the changes in hormones?

When I first got on the pill my skin was great, about 3/4 months after that I was breaking out constantly, after about a month it was fine again, better than its ever been! If it continues I'd go to the doctor and see if they can change up your pill, but I'd wait a couple more months, your body needs to work out the new rush of hormones! 😊

When I first got on the pill, my skin broke out like crazy. It was almost like the hormones pushed out all of the dirt I had under my skin. 😷 It cleared up within a few months. If it hasn't by then, maybe see a dermatologist.
