Could it be implanation cramps?

Hello ladies, so my predicted ovulation day was around the 8th and my period is not due for another 8 days, earlier today i experienced cramps in my lower abdomen, could this be implantation pain? Im not sure what my cycle is ive only just had my first period since removing the mirena. Has anyone experienced similar? Much love and baby dust xx

Unfortunately, implantation doesn’t happen that fast. This could very easily be a result of ovulation, given your “predicted” day of ovulation was only two days ago. I’m assuming you’re just basing ovulation off of the app only, which could be off by a few days.

Thank you that helps, tbh im not sure when i may have ovulated, the app said 7th (not 8th) but that could be totally off. Guess ill have to wait a few months to determine my actual cycle

Nope, way too early for implantation. Typically about 6dpo is the earliest possible.
