3 miscarriages in 1.5 years

I’ve just had my third miscarriage today. Technically a chemical pregnancy loss at 5 weeks but still just as heartbreaking. First mc was at 6 weeks and second was at 8 weeks even after 2 scans with a strong heartbeat. I’m 37 years old, is my age really that ancient in fertility years? I seriously don’t understand how every single egg being implanted is bad. It’s come to the point now where I don’t even get excited when I see a positive pregnancy test, I immediately go to freak out mode and wonder if it’ll even make it to 6 weeks.

Now my question is what was IVF like for anyone here around my age who’s experienced recurrent miscarriages? I’ll be starting a cycle of IVF soon. Do I have any hope?

Ps I had my son 2.5 years ago, that pregnancy had no issues. I know I am lucky that I can even get pregnant and carry to full term.
