What’s the best lotion to help eczema? My baby is 3 months old and went to the doctor today who confirmed my suspicions of eczema spots. All she said was to try fragrance-free creams🤦🏻‍♀️ I already use all fragrance-free products for my baby so just trying to get recommendations as I do research.
