First prenatal appointment ?

first time momma here ! i live in manitoba canada and i’m high risk from a previous miscarriage, i’m currently 8W and 1D and i have my first prenatal visit in 6 days ! ( i will be 9 weeks along ) 
any advice , tips or tricks? things i should ask ?  i know Canada is struggling with covid so any help or info on how your experience was would be amazing as well !

Ask about any symptoms you may have and aren’t sure on, ask for a paper that they usually have that has list of otc medications you can take(for gas, headache, etc). They will do a Pap smear and some urine and blood tests usually.
