I’m 34 weeks 5 days and mostly my right foot is swelling right up. This never happened with my first daughter. My job isn’t physically demanding at all. I have a good mix on standing and sitting through the day.

Compression socks and elevation . I had a desk job my first pregnancy and my feet were always swelling even though my BP was great.

Get it checked but it happened to me as well, even specifically the right foot in my second pregnancy when swelling had never been an issue in my first pregnancy. Everything was fine.

I had water retention pretty bad around this time of your pregnancy, till I delivered..
Lift your legs a bit, for a few minutes throughout the day, especially if they've been down on the ground a while. When you get home, put a pillow under your legs and take it easy
