Confused Ladies

Ok this may be long...sorry in advance! I have been using Glow since June. July was a normal cycle, August was kinda funky (it came 3 days early and was spotting to light) So fast forward to now and I'm a day late. We had sex through my cycle in August and we had sex the day before ovulation and the day after.

I have a 3 year old and I'm ready for another but I'm confused because I took a test Sunday (when I was due to start) and I was negative. What to do next? I checked my cervical position and it went from low and medium. A week or so ago to high (as I checked last night) I can always tell when it's low because sex is a lot more uncomfortable...
