Extremely Tired!

So my pregnancy so far has been a crazy journey! So many UTIs, and colds that I can't seem to get off medicine which concerns me because I'm definitely not the person who even takes Medicine for a headache! However the past week and half ive been with a very bad cold. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, rib pain, headache and worse nosebleeds than I've had throughout this pregnancy so far! It was so bad! FINALLY I can say, I'm getting better! Only suffering from a UTI again and cough and congestion. But I am more tired then I ever been this pregnancy! Literally could sleep all day! Has anyone experienced this sleepiness at 20 weeks pregnant? I'm SO tired and literally just got up from a nap an hour ago!
