Period

Ok so I was suppose to get my period last week, so I had a tampon in just in case when I went out and I must have had sex with it in and didn't even know,

Now a week later I just peed and it out. What does this mean? I haven't gotten my period either but all preg tests are negative. I think it's because I've lost weight the last month and have. Been on many medications for being sick
