Fluid or Discharge?

Okay so I'm 28 weeks and 2 days. I always sleep naked, always have. So last night I kept noticing through out the night my hooha and my thighs were wet. It wasn't a thick sticky feeling like discharge. Kind of reminded me of some discharge before I was pregnant where it would just feel like water. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just discharge or should I worry about leaking fluid?

I'm 32 weeks and this happens to my every night, sometimes it's so wet it feels like I peed the bed. But I recently found out it's just sweat, even though I live up north and it's already cold outside and we sleep with the fan on (and I've never sweat this badly before). I used to think it was my water that broke but my doctor said that night sweats are normal at this stage
