Implant

So I've had the implant for a while now. This summer I need to change it and get a new one. Over the past couple of years I've done some research into the implant and most women have posted that the implant puts them in really dark places. I also am on anti depressants, Is the implant helping my pills? Should I get rid of my implant or not?
