How many cycles of 2.5mg femara with no trigger shots or iui for success?

Hi, please some feedback ladies. On round 2 of femara and nothing else. No pcos, iui or trigger shots just the femara, folic acid and staminogro. How long did it take any ladies in similar regime to fall pregnant with femara? Looking for some positive here, been TTC for over a year 😔
