Man, guys.. I just.. I find it so confusing that just because something doesn't sound appealing to you that makes it questionable or nasty. Also, vaginas are quite elastic and recover from things like that. It's so rude to assume someone has a "loose vagina" just because of experimentation. In reality, if a vagina is described as loose, often times it's just how a woman's body reacts to being extremely turned on by the pelvic floor depressing causing the vaginal canal to open up. Which has zero to do with number of partners or number of fists ;).

I've done it before, you feel really really full. If you aren't careful you could tear.   Also no, my vagina isn't like a deflated balloon because of it , and I don't rent it out for sporting events now.  It's normal...

I've never tried, I don't find it really appealing, more because I feel it looks quite rough. 
But vaginas and sphincters overall stretch and go back to being tight, doesn't matter if it goes up or down... 
I'm sure people does it cause it feels nice to them so let them be happy!
