WHY has ALL my daily logs and info DISAPPEARED?

I have been using this app to log my periods, ovulations, sex & other things daily for a few months now. I paid for the PREMIUM year package in Feb.

I logged into my account tonight to log the past 3 days & today. (I've been so busy I forgot to do it sooner.)

Anyway, when I logged in tonight, ALL of my previous daily logs, periods, etc., have disappeared. Everything is gone, like I'm basically starting over new.

All my health info, personal info, etc., is still there. But all my daily logs are gone.

Can anyone help me?

Is there a way to get all my logs back??
