4 cm Dilated 70% Effaced 38 Weeks
Please tell me this baby is coming soon! I'm ready! Lol. I was 3 cm last week and have been having lower back pain and some intense Braxton hicks. Two days ago I was able to time them for 3 hours down to 7 minute intervals but then they stopped 😭. Today they checked me and I'm 4 cm dilated and 70% effaced. We live 2 hours from the hospital so I'm hoping to have enough time to get there!
