Worm or seaweed??

I'm sorry that this is tmi but I'm freaking out. Today after using the restroom there was a clearish looking string thing after I wiped from passing stool. Yesterday I did have some seaweed salad and don't have any itching around my butt. Could it be undigested seaweed or do we think its a worm? It is just worrying me because I've never had this happen before.
