IUD extended periods?

How many of you have heavy/extended periods with your IUDs? I've had the copper T successfully for about 3 years and it's wonderful, but my periods last about 2 weeks and they're so heavy. My cramps feel like I have someone shocking me with electricity every 5 minutes o.O. Normal? Dr says everything is fine according to my latest pap.

My periods last roughly 2 weeks, I'm on the IUD my cramps feel like someone is pulling it out they are so painful!! All the girls I know that have it say the same so I think it's normal🙊🙊

Mirena inserted in July and have been bleeding since! I would say a total of 20 days of no bleeding. I've been back and forth to my gyn and even had an ultrasound. The dr says it should taper off soon but I'm Sooo loosing my mind!!

I just got my Skyla in on the 12th and have been bleeding ever since. It sucks.
