Currently fighting a yeast infection...

I hate this. I scratched without realizing and now my labia are on fire. And soooo swollen. Any tips to pee without wanting to cry? I tried a wet washcloth, helped a little.... I'm desperate. Would spraying water on it while peeing in the shower help? Help a woman out ! (I'm on rx meds for it)
