Undecided on how to give birth

I had my first child in February of 2020 via emergency c section after failed induction now I’m pregnant again due august 2021 and the doctor said it’s up to me how I want to give birth. The doctor said I can risk the chance of my uterus rupturing if I do vaginally even tho it’s a small chance, or I can be induced and see if the baby comes vaginally or if I’ll need emergency c section , or I can just opt for the c section. I’m thinking of just setting up the c section it seems less stressful but the recovery was hard . Tell me your experience with similar situations. What did you do ? How was recovery?
