Cramping in week 10?

My last pregnancy that made it this far was over 3 years ago so I can’t recall if cramping is normal?

I’m 10w1d and have an appointment tomorrow.

The cramping is significant and usually happens right after I empty my bladder, it can last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour....and by that time I’m headed to the restroom again. I’m not dehydrated, I drink 80-100 ounces per day. Is this normal? Is anyone else feeling this? It just started in the last couple of days.
