Daughters who have a good relationship with their mother?

I love my mom, don't get me wrong, but there are some definite things that irritate me about her. I'm scared that that's just how daughters feel about their moms, especially now that I have a daughter😔 I want to have a strong relationship with her! Help!

My mom is my best friend and I hope my daughter will also be my best friend! My mom and I got along my while life besides my rebellious teen years lol. We have a very open relationship which I think is what makes us so close, I can tell her anything and she doesn't judge me.

I'm real close with my mom but because we're close she can make me crazy but at the end of day she'll love you and you guys will have a good relationship even if the teenage years are hard haha :)

So okay this is so me.  I have never ever had a "good or semi good relationship with my mom. I have always all my life been the worlds biggest ever daddys girl. Growing up mom never hugged, kissed said good night dad always tucked us in. My mother was physically and mentally abusive.  I remember her picking up the phone and pretending to talk to an orphanage saying she was going to take me and my younger sister there. Well i turn 14 first day of high school and my mom lost it. Ran outside completely naked through my neighborhood i hadn't made any new friends at all and now this!  I go to school everyone called me "the girl with the crazy mom"! Seriously.  And then she was admitted in the hospital for nearly 6 months found out she had severe bi polar.  All this time my dad was there for us. I had to go through my first period without a mother yes i realize this is something she couldn't help. Let me get to the point. Ok so fast forward i have my first baby.. a girl at 19 yrs old i was terrified of everything.  My mother was on so many meds she couldn't remember how to make a bottle or change a diaper i learned on my own. My dad was there for me when i was so low going through ppd. I lost my dad to drugs 7 yrs ago now and i still to this day feel like he is just gone somewhere like he is going to come back some day i haven't allowed myself to really grief ever im to scared. Now here iam today pregnant with my 4th baby girl i cant say how terrified iam all i ever wanted is a good relationship with my babies. My oldest is 11 and i feel like we are much much closer than i ever was with my own mom. Im just upset so many emotions going on =(

It's same with me. There are some things that bug me about my mom. But me and her are really close and can talk about basically anything.

Oh god this is one of my biggest fears. I have an amazing relationship with my mom...now. Not when I was a teenager. It's amazing what moving out when I was 18 did for our relationship! Now, if you've ever seen Gilmore Girls, our relationship is a lot like Lorlai and Rory's. 
Anyway, I just hope that I can remember what it was like...how hard being a teenager was...and I can remember that, just because I know better now, doesn't mean I knew better then. And my daughter will have to learn too. I never listened to my mom about how much I would change and how different I would be when I was older. It's frustrating but I just hope I can remember how tough it actually feels.

I've always had a great relationship with my mom, but I was a very submissive and overachieving child/teenager ☺️ I think it has a lot to do with complimentary or clashing personalities. My daughter is my husbands clone, so I'm a little scared or her teenage years....
