He stopped eating what I cook....

So it seems stupid but I'm really hurt. We've had issues MAJOR issues but we've been working on them. Lately I don't know how to feel because I want to trust him but I'm afraid to. He works at a call center and is the main provider for our family. I have been sick and still tidying up, taking care of our son, and cooking. I attempted to make rice and beans it's his favorite meal and I made it at his request and he didn't eat it, he wasted dinner the night before and took in something else for lunch today :( I don't know if it's my pregnancy hormones but I'm really upset. Even being severely sick I still do and I feel like if he isn't eating what I make him then who is taking my place?
