Maternity pictures??

Question

How many weeks were you when you got your maternity pictures?
If you haven't gotten them yet when are you planning too?

Debating when to get mine due to being high risk preterm!! I'm 22 weeks now and my dr now thinks I will barely make it to 30 weeks!

It depends on the photographer. Contact you photography as soon as you can to be sure to get on her calendar. She should have a recommendation on when you should come in. I usually prefer to have my maternity clients come in between 32 and 36 weeks. But you definitely want to get in sooner!

I got them done at around 28 weeks, and I am glad I did. The studio lights and flash made little one kick me uncomfortably and we had to take a break because they were making me uncomfortable too. I would be harder to do it now at 30+ weeks but I had a nice sized bump then too

I did mine at 33 weeks but only because I knew the holidays would make things a bit crazy.
