Noisy baby- congestion ? Help

FTM, baby is 2 1/2 weeks old. He makes a lot of noises while sleeping lol. Last night I almost felt like I heard him congested. All day today he’s been fine. But it’s now night time, and I kind of hear it again. I don’t know if he is actually congested. There’s no mucus. We sleep with a humidifier on. How do I know if he is actually congested or it’s just part of the noises he makes while sleeping at night ? Should I give him saline drops to be safe ? Should I use the Frida baby nose suctioner to be safe? Just looking for advise. Thank you !
