Anyone else in this group working on getting healthier?
Are you changing your diet or working out?
Hobbies? Activities?
Now that it’s getting nicer out, I want to be more active and try and be healthier. Not necessarily worried about weight, just want to not die when walking up a flight of stairs and NEED more ENERGY! I feel like I’m always tired. And I’m sick and tired of being tired!
