Do I have a right to be annoyed my husband is always staying late at his coworkers place?

My husband tends to get along really great with his female coworkers. They all have partners but he tends to stay there past 2am-3am and it’s always his female manager’s place but her husband is there and another female coworker but her boyfriend is there too.

I just hardly hear from him and it tends to be really late.

We’re long distance so I only hear through messaging.
