Colic baby?

Hello I have a 3 week old who a few days ago started crying continuously the only way he’d stop is if he sleeps which he’s been sleeping A LOT or there’s a bottle in his mouth. He won’t sleep when he’s put down only when he’s on someone or at night when we put him down for bed he will sleep on his back but only then. We’re on formula number 3, cause the first two were causing diarrhea, I’ve started colic drops & anti colic bottles but nothing is really working. He doesn’t have a fever or anything my doctor isnt worried she just said could be colic but she’s not sure I’m wondering if anyone had any of the same symptoms and it ended up being colic and how you soothed your baby.
