I started spotting on the 25th then the next 2 days heavy bleeding now I'm spitting very dark brown. I started experiencing Vertigo today and I have never had vertigo before in my life. Do u think it's possible I'm actually pregnant? Please let me know if any of u ladies ever experienced this in early pregnancy I'm going nuts 😩
