What excersizes do you do to be able to hold your baby comfortably
I’m thinking more when you hold your baby on your chest and the rest their head on your shoulder. This is the main way I get my son to sleep, but lately my back has been killing me. I’m sure I need more abs and back muscles, just curious on what others do to help build that strength?
