Why oh why?

I suffer from IBS and migraines and why do i always have to get a flare up on my period of both? Now everytime i try to poop my head hurts and i get an excruciating pain behind whichever side my migraine is on during that flare.

Does anyone else deal with this or it just me? I have an appointment tomorrow for my second part of my TB test so im going to ask then but just wanted to see if anyone deals with this as well.
