Pill effectiveness

Hey guys I'm taking the pill to help me solve my pcos problem! I've been taking it for 7 months and got a boyfriend around 3 months ago. The question is: till now we used pill and condom but we wanted to try without...usually I'm always on time, just happened a couple of time to take the pill a few hours late (I think 2/3) or maybe anticipate 1 hour because of work. Is still completely effective? Or the chance of pregnancy rise because is not considered a perfect use? Thanks.
