Nursing to sleep - weaning help!

Hi ladies, my LO is going to be a year old soon and I am choosing to bring our breast feeding journey to an end. My only problem is that I have nursed her to sleep since day one and I have no idea how to navigate this while weaning! She does take a bottle 3x a day 5x a week at daycare, so would I just eventually switch the last session of the night to milk in a bottle and rock her?

I guess I don’t even know of the weaning process starts/goes either!
