Trigger warning (self harm)
What do you do when your boyfriend (father of my child) is self harming when he’s mad and doesn’t want to get the help? Two nights ago he banged his head on the wall and cracked the wall and just right now during our lunch, he slapped his head SO HARD with both hands in front of me. I got up and left bc I was so uncomfortable. He says he doesn’t have a problem. I don’t want my son around that.
