Chest pain/pressure, tachycardia, palpitations

I'm 26 weeks 5 days today and have had bouts of tachycardia (high heart rate) that sometimes have palpitations with it. Today was the first time I had any kind of shortness of breath and chest pressure/pain so I went to the ER for evaluation. I had an EKG and labs that all cane back normal and was told chest wall inflammation.

Anyone have similar symptoms or been told they have chest wall inflammation? I again have the pain/pressure but it is only on my left side never the right. I'm just confused and concerned... 😔
