Lump in Groin area

I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant and recently noticed this lump where the picture is marked below. It is soft, it doesn’t hurt when pushed and it’s not very pronounced. Kind of more soft and long and barely noticeable, unless I run my hands on both sides I can tell a difference. I can barely see a difference in the mirror. And definitely can’t tell a difference when I’m sitting or laying down. Any ideas on what it could be? I go to my first ultrasound tomorrow, so I plan on asking the doctor, but kind of worrying me now.
