Dog barking 🆘

My dog doesn’t stop barking and it’s driving me nuts, seriously my nerves are absolutely gone with him. He sits at the top of the foyer stairs and just waits for any noise, anyone walking by, a plastic bag blowing by, anything at all and he barks. His breed is known for barking but this is so out of control I desperately need help 😭😭😭 I’m have a new baby in 5 months and I can only imagine he’ll be waking it up every 10 mins. Does anyone have any devices that work? Or training techniques? I’m willing to try anything at this point. He’s a huge dog and his bark is deafening. SOS!!
