Leaking again

So I don’t know what’s wrong with me or if it’s just my anxiety being so bad but this is the third time I had some leaking except this time it soaked my shorts and was dripping all of the way to my ankles when I got up from sitting down for five minutes I have been cramping all day and yesterday all day in my stomach and back. Hardly slept at all. I have a raging headache and was super dizzy this morning. This if from wiping one leg off. Color looks normal no smell but wtf happened ??
