3rd trimester digestive issues ?

Has anyone else experienced a lot of digestive issues in the third trimester? My stomach seems like it’s been so sensitive and I’m having a hard time sleeping at night and dealing with an upset stomach all day. Any advice or tips?anyone else experiencing these issues as well?

Still throwing up at 31 weeks. Will be 32 weeks tomorrow, I take 45-50 minutes to eat my lunch. Severe heart burn, and nothing helps. I put ice on my stomach or suck on ice pops.

I’m having trouble sleeping too. I’m up several times a night with my two kiddos and just can’t get back to sleep in between wake ups. I haven’t been nauseous, but the heartburn has been bad, and I have a hard time eating during the day cause nothing sounds appetizing. I’m thinking I need to be drinking more water and more consistently exercising. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We’ll be on the other side of this soon!

I just find I get full really easily and that makes me feel really terrible when I try and sleep at night. I try not to eat later in the evening but even with dinner at 6pm sometimes I’m still feeling really full when I go to bed. Also, constipation, super fun, but if I keep up with my fiber all day I can usually manage without laxatives. As our babies are getting bigger there’s just less room for food!

Yes! I've been experiencing this the last week. Vomiting has even returned. 😫 I'm staying up on my pepcid, anti-nausea meds, and tums as needed. I'm thinking I need to change up my diet too. Smaller, more frequent meals again and nothing heavy. We'll see if it helps. 🤷
