(TMI) is this a possible miscarriage??
TMI TRIGGER WARNING - I’ve had an IUD for 3 years. Yesterday I had some really weird cramping lasting all day (almost like extreme pressure) and this thing came out of me. Could this be a miscarriage or just tissue passing? I’m not on my period at the moment.
