3 month olds poop

over the past couple weeks my baby’s poop has been looking like this. sometimes it’s more yellow but it’s mostly like this and sometimes very watery.

i went to the hospital and they said nothing is wrong but i can’t help but feel like maybe something is.

this is not normally what his poop looks like, he is EBF

i thought maybe he is teething and that’s why his poop is like this? the doctor said he probably had a stomach bug and is getting over it, but it’s been going on for 2.5 weeks already and i thought it would be over by now if it was a stomach bug?

has this happened to anyone else? is this okay and i’m just worried over nothing? could it be something in my diet?

other then weird poop he’s been a bit fussy lately and doesn’t want to go down for naps, and doesn’t eat much, but he has normal wet diapers. sometimes when he naps (30min) he’ll wake up for 30-45min and then get fussy and i try to put him to bed. he’s still happy and active but i don’t know what to think..please help
