Pregnant Again after Twins

Hey Ladies I just had boy/girl twins three months ago. They where my

IVF

babies and it turned into a very high risk complicated pregnancy because I developed Preeclampsia. I’m pretty certain I am pregnant again although I don’t know how because we used condoms. Question is sense I was so high risk before I could really use some success stories of delivering a second baby after the first pregnancy developed Preeclampsia and Pre term babies. I’m very worried I won’t be around to raise my twins and we don’t believe in abortion.
