Is this ... weird

Me and my boyfriend broke up, we were friends for 6 years before. I’ve been doing okay, it’s been about a month now and today for some reason I had this STRONG feeling that he is like with me in a way, like I can feel his presence. I also was sitting in my room and all of a sudden got a headache and smelt his cologne.

I don’t want to sound crazy lmao but I could feel, smell, and hear him like he is right beside me but he’s not.

Does this mean something or am I overthinking lol
