Any advice on what prenatal vitamins are best?? This is my first time and I want to make sure I do everything right or Atleast close to it lol. Suggestions and Opinions are def welcomed

i like garden of life for the multivitamin and nordic naturals DHA in strawberry. i’ve seen garden of life does have both the multi + dha, but the one i got was on sale at whole foods and i don’t think it has DHA so i bought the nordic naturals and they have strawberry and lemon flavors but i saw the reviews for the lemon said it tasted kinda fishy and i’ve enjoyed the strawberry- it’s actually my favorite one to take lol

I like smarty pants prenatal gummies. They have the natural form of folate instead of folic acid.

Look for folate and DHA. I’ve tried so many and haven’t noticed a difference. There were times I had to take gummies because I couldn’t keep the others down. I prefer the capsule as the gummies then to skimp on the folate and DHA.
