Can pink spotting come from plan b? Or is it implantation bleeding?

I took it within after it happened and it happened on Monday and I took the pill within 22 hours which was around like 8:00 pm on tuesday,, but I remember basically he came and it was unprotected but he didn’t come inside me i still took the plan b though just in case because there is still that chance and now i have pink spotting and I don’t think it’s implantation bleeding?
